Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Ron Barceló Añejo
• 1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Pumpkin Purée
• 4 oz Hot Coffee

Preparation: Build all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass. Top with unsweetened whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
