Ingredients:

• 2 oz. El Luchador Organic Tequila
• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz. Agave
• 1 small Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
• 1 oz. Aquafaba

Glassware: Coupe

Preparation: Shake all ingredients except aquafaba in a cocktail tin with ice and fine strain into a clean tin. Add aquafaba and emulsify all ingredients with immersion blender on turbo for 5 seconds. Pour contents back into cocktail tin with no ice. Using a hawthorne strainer, strain into coupe, creating a cascading effect and a perfect head. Zest lime on top and garnish with one petal of pom flower and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
