Mix up this delicious cocktail for World Gin Day on Saturday, June 10th, 2017.

Love in a Mist, created by bartender Veronica Correra of FIFTY (NYC), includes NOLET’S Silver Gin, lemon, pineapple and hibiscus and features a cornflower and rose petal rim. The cocktail will be on the menu at FIFTY all day on Saturday for World Gin Day.

Love in a Mist

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Blanc Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz. Spiced Hibiscus Syrup (made using an orange Oleo-Saccharum base)
  • Aromatized Black Lime-Peppercorn Tincture (Expressed on Top)

Preparation: Shake all ingredients except black-lime peppercorn tincture with ice and strain into a tulip glass. Express the tincture over the top and garnish half the rim with cornflower and rose petal.
