Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Dark Horse Big Red Blend
  • 1/2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Cherry Herring Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Brandied Cherry and Orange Twist for Garnish

Preparation: Combine Dark Horse Big Red Blend, bourbon, cherry herring liqueur and angostura bitters in rocks glass. Add big ice cube and stir. Garnish with brandied cherry and orange twist.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc (Chilled)
  • 3 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Candied Ginger for Garnish

Preparation: Combine chilled Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc, ginger beer, lime juice and angostura bitters in Collins glass. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
