Must Mix: Bundaberg Ginger Beer Cocktails

As summer approaches, so does the season of outdoor BBQ’s, sunshine, and hours spent lounging by the pool.
To help beat the heat, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, maker of Australia’s world-renowned ginger beer and other craft beverages, has put together some delicious and refreshing drink recipes. Dive into summer with one of these delicious cocktails or mocktails.
Summer Sangria
Ingredients:
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. Peach Liquor
- 3/4 oz. St. Germain
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- Fruit Salad to Garnish
Preparation: Combine Cointreau, Peach Liquor, St Germain and lime juice in a shaker. Shake, then strain into a wine glass. Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Garnish with fruit salad.
Solar Flare
Ingredients:
- Bundaberg Blood Orange
- 1 3/4 oz. Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. Orange juice
- Orange, Grapefruit and Lime Wedges to Garnish
Preparation: Combine ingredients into shaker. Shake, then strain into a glass and top with Bundaberg Blood Orange. Add ice and garnish with wedges of lime, orange and grapefruit.
A Summer’s Dream (Mocktail)
Ingredients:
- Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit
- 3/4 oz. Apple juice
- 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
- 3 Strawberries
- Strawberry and Apple Gan to Garnish
Preparation: Combine ingredients into a shaker. Shake, then strain into a tall glass and top with Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit. Add ice and garnish with the strawberries and an apple fan.
