Mixing Made Easy – Make Your Own Belvedere Summer-Thyme Martini For World Martini Day

Belvedere Summer-Thyme Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Belvedere Vodka
  • 1 oz. Blanc Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Berg & Hauck Lemon Bitters
  • 1 Thyme Sprig

Preparation: Chill coupe glass, place thyme sprig in mixing beaker, then muddle, fill beaker about 2/3 full with ice. Add ingredients and stir contents by placing shaft of Bar Spoon between your index and middle finger, use your wrist to turn the spoon in the glass. Stir for about a minute, strain contents into glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and thyme sprig.

Chilled’s very own Thom Meintel mixed up his own version of Tad Carducci’s Belvedere Martini using Cocktail Courier. He said it was a breeze and it tasted delicious.
