No matter who your favorite tennis pro may be, enjoy this year’s Miami Open with the official Champagne of the tournament, Moët & Chandon.

This year, Moët has created its first-ever Moët Ice Impérial cocktail, Moët Afternoon Ice, to celebrate the annual event, created by John Lermayer, acclaimed mixologist from Miami’s Sweet Liberty and recent ‘Bartender of the Year.’

Spectators at the Key Biscayne stadium will be able to cool off with white goblets of Moët & Chandon in the stands, while viewers at home can watch as players heat it up on the court with a Moët Ice cocktail. And while Champagne has always been a classic celebratory libation, you can now mix things up during at-home viewing parties with the first Champagne designed specifically to be served over ice. Tennis going Moët Ice fans include Karolína Kurková, Naomi Watts, Olivia Palermo, and Emmy Rossum, to name a few.

Miami Open Cocktail ‘Moët Afternoon Ice’

Moët Afternoon Ice

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial
  • 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz. St. Germain
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 4 Quarter Wedges Grapefruit

Preparation: In a large rocks or wine glass, pour grapefruit juice and St. Germain over ice. Stir in the salt, mint and grapefruit wedges. Top with Moët Ice.
