Cold pressed juice cocktails include the Rosewood –gin, pressed yuzu juice, elderflower liqueur and jasmine bitters; and the El Camino – reposado tequila, lime, sage, red bell pepper, cinnamon syrup and cold pressed carrot juice.

Imbibers looking to spice up their winter nights can enjoy new cocktails with a kick, including Fire on Ice – gin, avocado, strawberry puree, ancho reyes, sage and habanero bitters and Mezclado Unido – mezcal, ancho reyes, Aperol, fresh grapefruit and basil. Lighter libations are also on offer including the Green House featuring vodka, flower liqueur, sage and rosemary.
