Blackberry Tea*


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 2 cups Ice Water
  • 3 Large Tea Bags or 6 Regular Size
  • 6 oz. Fresh Blackberries
  • 2 Sprigs Mint
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2-4 tbsp. Simple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water. Once boiling, remove from heat.
  2. Add the 3 large tea bags (or 6 regular size) to the hot water. Let them steep for about 5 minutes. If you prefer stronger tea, allow the tea bags to steep a bit longer.
  3. Remove the tea bags and add 2-4 tablespoons of simple syrup, depending on your desired level of sweetness. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add 2 cups of ice water to the tea mixture to cool it down.
  5. In a separate bowl, muddle together 6 oz. of fresh blackberries, the leaves from 2 sprigs of mint, and the juice of 1 lemon.
  6. Combine the muddled blackberries, mint, and lemon mixture with the tea. Stir well.
  7. Strain the tea mixture to remove the solid bits, leaving a smooth, flavored tea.
  8. Refrigerate the tea until it is chilled.

Wildflower Honey Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
  • 1/2 oz. Finest Call White Sangria
  • 1/2 oz. Wildflower Honey Water
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
