Local Legendary Burgers from Around the World Hit every Hard Rock Cafe for a Limited Time.
For the first time ever, Hard Rock Cafe gives guests a backstage pass to sample Local Legendary Burger offerings, showcasing the flavor and ingredients at Hard Rock locations across the globe as part of its new World Burger Tour menu.
Hard Rock gives their chefs the freedom to create a unique Local Legendary Burger that captures the local flavors of their city and is only available at that cafe location… until now! More than 150 local burgers were evaluated by Hard Rock’s culinary team, with fan favorites selected to star on a limited-time World Burger Tour menu. From the Java Lava Legendary Burger in Seattle to the Schnitzel Legendary Burger in Germany, Hard Rock’s Local Legendary Burgers are packing their bags (or buns) and heading out to Hard Rock Cafes across the country.
These unique burger “acts” from five continents will take center stage at Hard Rock Cafes in the United States beginning on Friday, May 1 through Tuesday, June 30, 2015.

Mai Tai One On
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 3 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Monin Orgeat
- 3/4 oz. Finest Call Bar Syrup
- 1/4 Orange wedge and speared Cherry garnish
Preparation: Combine ingredients and garnish with orange wedge and cherry speared.
Pomegranate Mule
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Absolut Vodka
- 5 each Lime Wedges – squeeze and drop
- 3/4 oz. Monin Pomegranate
- Gosling’s Ginger Beer
Preparation: Combine ingredients and top with Gosling’s Ginger Beer.
Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 Strawberry Quartered
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. Del Maguey Mezcal
- 3/4 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
- 3 oz. HRC Margarita Mix
- 1 Strawberry
- 1 Lime wedge
Preparation: Muddle first two ingredients. Combine the remaining ingredients. Granish with Strawberry and lime wedge.
Maple Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 Cherries
- 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes of Bitters
- 2 oz. Maker’s Mark
- 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
- 1/4 Orange Wedge Speared
- 1 Bacon Strip
Preparation: Muddle first three ingredients, combine the remaining ingredients. Garnish with bacon strip and orange wedge speared.
Pineapple Ginger Caipirinha
Ingredients:
- 8 Lime Cubes
- 4 Pineapple Chunks
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. Agua Luca Cachaca
- 1/2 oz. Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
Preparation: Muddle first two ingredients, combine remaining ingredients. Garnish with pineapple wedge and lime wedge.
