Ginsicles for Independence Day

It is summer and nothing says fun like gin ice pops.

Proud of being Made In the U.S.A., No. 209 Gin has created two Independence Day Ginsicles using seasonal ingredients created by Suzanne Miller. Enjoy!

209 Independence Day Popsicle

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup No. 209 Gin
  • 1 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender and strain. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.


Cherry Gimlet

Cherry Gimlet

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup No. 209 Gin
  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 20 Fresh Cherries, Halved

Preparation: Combine all ingredients until sugar is diluted. Add cherries and let sit for 30 minutes. Cherry juice will bleed into mix. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

Fresh Orchard

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup No. 209 Gin
  • 2 Fresh Peaches, Peeled and Sliced
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Soda Water
  • 3/4 cup Sugar

Preparation: Combine all ingredients minus soda water in blender. Add soda water, pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
