What was it like to be asked to judge the Fernet-Branca Barback Games? Even on a Monday night- I am excited.
Have you ever been a barback? Yes, barback, dishwasher, bartender, everything in the bar business. I have done it all.
Why is an event like this important in the industry? The Fernet-Branca barback event is very important. Behind every great bartender is an even greater barback.
What are your predictions for tonight? EO kills it!!
What is your favorite cocktail? Negroni

Have you ever been a barback? I was lucky enough to start as a bartender, but I have pulled shifts as a barback.
Why is an event like this important for the industry? We are very lucky. It brings like minded people together in the spirits industry.
Which event are you most looking forward to? The keg-changing event- It is where I have my biggest doubts.
When was the first time you ever tried Fernet-Branca? It was like 6 or 7 years ago- It was a bartenders initiation at the bar.
What is your favorite cocktail? Painkiller.
