Mike’s Own Signature Cocktail: Peach Jalapeño Martini

Infuse one bottle of Smirnoff Peach vodka with two sliced jalapeños for two days. Filter out the peppers with a coffee filter and funnel.

Mix 2 ounces of infused vodka, 1 ounce of fresh lime juice, 2 ounces of white cranberry juice and 1/4 ounce of simple syrup. Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish with a fresh jalapeño slice. Sip and enjoy!
