Easy to Mix: ‘Hey Pumpkin’ Cocktail

Mix up this fun seasonal cocktail from Rustic Root in San Diego called, “Hey Pumpkin.”

The cocktail is new to the restaurant’s seasonal cocktail menu and is made with Russian standard vodka, ancho reyes chili liquor, lemon juice and pumpkin puree.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Russian Standard Vodka
• 1 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 oz. Real Pumpkin Puree

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a pint glass, shake then strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
