While we always focus on the food at the Thanksgiving table, it’s easy to forget about the beverages.

Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur is bringing you two tasty options to mix up this holiday season.

The Gingerbread Shake is made with Baileys Pumpkin Spice (available for only a limited time), Irish Whiskey, coffee ice cream, and garnished with whipped cream, maple syrup, and mini gingerbread leaves.

The Matcha Hot Chocolate is made with Baileys Original Irish Cream, matcha powder, hot soy milk, and white chocolate chips, and delightfully topped with whipped cream and a tall skewer of pink mochi balls painted with glittery luster dust. This fall-flavored cocktail goes great with a slice of pumpkin or apple pie.

Baileys Pumpkin Spice Gingerbread Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Baileys Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tsp. Dried Ground Ginger
  • 3 scoops Coffee Ice Cream

Preparation: In a blender, combine Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Irish Whiskey, coffee ice cream, and dried ground sugar. Pour contents into a mason jar. Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of maple syrup, and gingerbread fall leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Baileys Original
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 cup Hot Soy Milk
  • 1 oz. White Chocolate Chips

Preparation: In a saucepan, combine Baileys Original, match powder, hot soy milk, and white chocolate chips. Pour into a copper mug. Top with whipped cream and a tall skewer of pink mochi balls painted with glittery luster dust.
