Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. Coconut Water
  • 1 1/2 oz. Afrohead Briland 07
  • 1 Egg White

Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously to incorporate egg white. Top with grated nutmeg.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Afrohead XO
  • 1/4 oz. All Spice Simple Syrup
  • 3-5 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Preparation: Stir all ingredients and strain over large format ice on rocks glass. Garnish with star anise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz. Afrohead Briland 07
  • 3-4 oz. Hot Chocolate
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Preparation: Build all ingredients in mug, (you may also leave cinnamon stick in while hot chocolate comes to room temp), then shake ingredients and serve over ice.
