Wild Irish Rosella

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz Wild Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 egg white
- Chartreuse
- Wild Hibiscus Flower
Preparation: Combine ingredients up to egg white, in your shaker. Shake everything together until the egg white is completely emulsified (the shaker will feel like it’s full of whipped cream). When the egg is emulsified, add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coup. Add a spritz of yellow Chartreuse and garnish with Wild Hibiscus Flower.
