Combining champagne with tequila or cognac is an easy way to mix things up, making for a memorable 2012 welcome party. Sauza Tequila and Courvoisier Cognac have the perfect cocktails to spice up the last night of 2011.

Try this cocktail at Blue Fin -1567 Broadway, New York, New York
6 parts Sauza® Silver Tequila (or Sauza® Blue Silver Tequila)
1 part Pomegranate Juice
1 part Simple syrup
Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
16 parts Champagne
Silver Candy Beads
Build first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a champagne glass. Top with Champagne and candy garnish. Serve at midnight.
