1 oz Moon Mountain Vodka
3/4 oz Lavender Infused Agave Nectar
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Violet Liqueur
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Splash of Spanish Sparkling Wine
Lemon Twist
1. Combine Moon Mountain Vodka, agave nectar, lemon juice, violet liqueur dry vermouth in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass with half a sugar rim.
3. Top with Cava and garnish with a lime.
