Molinari Sambuca Extra Holiday Cocktails

Holiday Nogtini
- 1 1/2 oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
- 1/2 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
- 3 oz Prepared Egg Nog (non alcoholic)
Directions: Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a graham cracker rimmed martini glass.
Molinari Yuletide Sour

- 2 oz. Molinari Sambuca Extra
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. Perfect Puree of Napa Valley cranberry puree (your favorite cranberry juice will work too!)
- freshly grated nutmeg
Directions: Shake well with ice and strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
Molinari After Eight – Mario Molinari’s personal favorite holiday cocktail!
- 1oz Molinari Sambuca Extra
- 1oz white creme de menthe
- 1oz cream or half and half
Direction: Pour all the ingredient in the shaker with a lot of ice, shaken for a long time (15/20 seconds) then pour into a martini glass. Sprinkle a little ground coffee on top and garnish with a little mint leaf (and a small candy cane during the Christmas holidays).
