CîROC has teamed up with Master Mixologist and Chef Richard Ingraham to create delicious cocktail recipes for all your holiday festivities. Fun cocktails for all occasions this holiday season!

pear-juliette cocktail

Pear Juliette

  • 1.5 oz. CîROC Vodka
  • 1 oz. pear juice
  • .5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • Splash of Pear Brandy
  • 3 cloves (optional)

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Pear slice/grated nutmeg


red berry mule cocktailRed Berry Mule

  • 1.5 oz. CîROC Red Berry
  • 1 oz. pomegranate juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 dash bitters

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain. Top with Ginger Beer

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Berries


sidecar cider cocktailSidecar Cider

  • 1.7 oz. CîROC Amaretto
  • .75 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. orange liqueur
  • .25 oz. simple syrup
  • 4 dashes of bitters

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain, sugar the rim.

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Orange twist

BRAND RECOMMENDATIONS: BITTERS – ANGOSTURA

  • 1.5 oz. CîROC Coconut
  • .25 oz. pineapple juice
  • .5 oz. coconut cream
  • 1 oz. milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • 1 dash of nutmeg
  • 1 dash of allspice

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.

Glass: Collins

Garnish: Coconut shavings

  • 1 oz. CîROC Vodka
  • .5 oz. Italian aperitifs
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. simple syrup

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.

BRAND RECOMMENDATIONS: ITALIAN APERITIFS – APEROL

  • 1 oz. CîROC Red Berry
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 strawberry

Preparation: Muddle fruit with simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients. Shake, strain. Top with 2 oz. Sparkling Rose wine.

Glass: Stemless Flute

Garnish: Strawberry slice

  • 1 oz. CîROC Amaretto
  • .5 oz. Hennessy Cognac
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 dash bitters

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.

Glass: Stemless flute

Garnish: Lemon twist
