The Atomic

Ingredients

  • 750 ml – Bourbon whiskey
  • 750 ml Rye whiskey (100 proof bonded)
  • 4 Red Apples
  • 4 Cups Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 15-20 Cinnamon sticks
  • 15-20 Star Anise
  • 15 – Cardamom pods
  • 15-20 Clove (whole)
  • 10 Allspice (whole)
  • 2 tbsp. Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Black Peppercorn
  • 1 Whole grated Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Preparation

  1. Infuse whiskies with all ingredients in a jar and let sit for 7-10 days.
