Chilled Drink of the Week: Rock the Pinktini

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The Hard Rock Hotel Chicago Go Pink Package, the hotels signature Breast Cancer Awareness program, returns with the Get Into Bed For The Cause Package, including hotel accommodations, with beds fitted with pink sheets, two pink bathrobes, daily breakfast, two pink cupcakes and two complimentary Pink Drinks from Angels & Kings, Chicago. Parts of the proceeds from the package and Pinktini’s purchased will benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the Caron Keating Foundation and select local charities worldwide.

Rock the Pinktini

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 oz. Passion XO Pink
• 1 oz. Pama Liqueur
• 1 1/4 oz. Sweet & Sour
• 1 oz. Simple Syrup

Preparation: Combine ingredients, use pink sugar to rim a cocktail glass.
