Baron Bubbles

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 oz. Baron Tequila
• 1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
• 1 oz. Champagne

Preparation: Place all ingredients (except champagne) into a mixing glass, add ice, shake vigorously, add champagne, tumble roll back-and-forth one time, double strain into a flute, garnish with slice of strawberry.
