Orange Crush (Shot)
Harkening back to the dreaded Broncos D of the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, The Orange Crush returns to wreak havoc on your taste buds.
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz orange juice
Preparation: Add all ingredients to tumbler and pour as a shot.
This sure-fire Hall of Famer commands a drink that is both distinctive and timeless, so be sure to audible out of that beer and into a Manning Margarita…or just yell “Omaha”
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
- Splash blue curacao
- Lime peel (garnish)
Preparation: Pour tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake it up until ice cold. Pour into a chilled, salt rimmed martini glass. Drop in lime peel and finish with a splash of blue curacao.
Much like the running back its name is derived from, this powerful beverage is sure to create an upheaval when you order…oh, and it tastes like Skittles.
- 3 oz spiced rum
- 3 oz Coca-Cola
- 1 can pineapple-starfruit juice concentrate
- 1 can Berry punch
Preparation: Add spiced rum and Coca-Cola to a collins glass. In a separate container, mix all of the pineapple starfruit concentrate and the berry punch together. Pour into the Collins glass until full, stir, and serve.

- 3/4 oz. Crème de Menthe (Green)
- 3/4 oz. Crème de Cacao (White)
- 3/4 oz. vodka
- 3/4 oz. cream/Half & Half
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass & garnish with orange or lemon peals (to look like dreadlocks).
