Ox & Son’s new Lavender Blanc cocktail, with vermouth and tonic water, is a refreshing, low-alcohol cocktail that works well for your healthy, so-ready-for-spring kick.

- 1 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc
- 1 dash Bar Keep Lavender Bitters
- Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Homegrown Lavender Sprig for Garnish
Preparation: Add the Lillet, Dolin and bitters to a rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir. Top with the tonic water and stir. Garnish with lavender sprig.
