Chilled Drink of the Week: Fresh Pistol Cocktail

By Chilled Magazine

Portland’s flagship West Side restaurant, Irving Street Kitchen, is known for serving up some of the city’s finest Southern-inspired food and most inventive cocktails.

The Fresh Pistol is no exception. The addition of buckwheat honey from BeeLocal Honey gives this drink a depth of sweetness that makes it ideal for gearing up for the spring.
