Champagne Charles Heidsieck Rosé Millésime Launches at the NoMad NYC

On October 27th, Cyril Brun, the recently appointed Chef du Cave of Champagne Charles Heidsieck, presented the newly released Rosé Millésime 2006, the House’s first vintage rosé since 1999.

Guests enjoyed a selection of four Champagnes from the Charles Heidsieck portfolio, served over a carefully paired lunch from the NoMad. During the meal, Brun spoke to the Charles Heidsieck House’s philosophy, his background in Champagne and the release of the latest rosé.
