The Lunelli family of Ferrari Metodo Classico was in New York last month to celebrate Ferrari’s sponsorship of the 2012 Costume Institute exhibition, Schiapparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations. Ferrari was the official wine of the Prada-Costume Institute after-parties at the Ukrainian Institute and the Boom Boom Room on Monday, May 7.

Camilla Lunelli, Ferrari Director of Communications and cousin Matteo Lunelli,CEO of Ferrari flew in from Italy to attend the events in person. Celebrated for their impeccable taste, Prada selected Ferrari Metodo Classico sparkling wines from Italy to fete their celebrity-fashionista guests well into the night.

Fitting right in with the fashionable crowd, 3rd generation family-owners Camilla and Matteo Lunelli of Ferrari Metodo Classico were on hand to toast the triumph of Italian design and lifestyle at the Prada parties.  Select VIPs were poured Ferrari Metodo Classico from 3-Liter bottles, also specially flown in for the occasion (it took 5 people to uncork each one, a rare treat).

Camilla Lunelli of Ferrari greeted Adrien Brody and Gerard Butler on arrival, just a few of the stars in attendance for the biggest night in New York fashion. Guests in the party mood included: Mick Jagger, Beyonce Knowles, Gwyneth Paltrow, Gary Oldman, Gerard Butler, Adrien Brody, Edward Norton, Elizabeth Banks, Marc Jacobs, January Jones, and Jason Wu. Ferrari Metodo Classico wines are the most prestigious sparkling wines from Italy.
