Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Calvados Apple Brandy
  • 1 oz. Apple Cider
  • 1/2 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 5-7 Basil Leaves (for Color and Flavor)
  • Sprig of Rosemary (for Charring)

Preparation: Char rosemary and place upside-down martini class over it as it smokes. Combine first five ingredients and then shake and strain into martini glass.
