Redhook Brewery’s “Out of Your Gourd” Pumpkin Porter Set for Release

Out of Your Gourd Pumpkin Porter’s dark, chestnut brown color comes from a mix of pureed pumpkin enhanced by cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in the whirlpool and maple syrup added during fermentation. Northern Brewer hops give this Pumpkin Porter a lightly-hopped, full-bodied, rich and roasty character – perfect as fall approaches and afternoons at the beach give way to football season Saturdays and Sundays.

Redhook’s Out of Your Gourd Pumpkin Porter will be available in 6 and 12- packs in 12 oz. bottles and individual 22 oz. bottles. Draught beer will be poured with a cleaver-shaped tap handle as a nod to pumpkin carving. ABV 5.8%; IBU 20.
