Ardbeg Balanced Cocktail Competition


Whiskey Sparkler

  • 3 oz. Ardbeg Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey
  • 3 oz. champagne
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cherries, pits removed
  • 4 ice cubes, divided
  • 1 cherry for garnish


Serves 1.

In a martini shaker, muddle two tablespoons cherries with whiskey. Add two ice cubes and shake. Pour strained liquid over remaining two ice cubes, top with 3oz champagne. To garnish, slice a cherry in half on the bottom and slide onto rim on glass.
