Ardbeg Balanced Cocktail Competition

  • 1.5 oz. Ardbeg 10 year
  • .5 oz. Grand Marnier
  • Squeeze of lime juice wedge
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • Splash of soda water
  • 1 rasher


Chill a martini glass. In a shaker combine Ardbeg, Grand Marnier, Lime and Pineapple juice and a small piece (about a teaspoon) of rasher. Add ice and shake, strain into salt rimmed martini glass, add splash of soda water and garnish with a slice of rasher.
