Ardbeg Balanced Cocktail Competition


Peaches and Peat

  • 1 1/2 ounces Ardbeg Islay Single Malt Scotch
  • 1 ounce peach nectar
  • 1/4 ounce wildflower honey
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 4 dashes bitters
  • Lemon twist


Shake ingredients in a shaker until honey has dissolved, then add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball, over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
