Ardbeg Balanced Cocktail Competition

  • 1 1/2 oz Ardbeg Ten
  • 3/4 oz Homemade camomile cordial (camomile tea,sugar,water,cinnamon, white pepper corn, orange and lemon zest)
  • 3/4 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Top off with ginger beer
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Lemon wheel and mint spring for garnish


Pour Ardbeg Ten,camomile cordial and fresh squeezed lemon juice in the collins glass. Add pellet ice, gently stir with bar spoon and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon wheel, put 3 dashes of angostura bitters on the top of the cocktail, so it looks like dark stormy cloud. Gently place mint spring on top of it. Cheers!
