  • 1 oz. Ardbeg Islay Single malt
  • .5 oz. Drambuie
  • 2 tsp truffle infused local mangrove honey
  • .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 drops of Black Walnut bitters


Give all ingredients(besides bitters) a dry shake first, then shake again for at least 20 seconds. Garnish with 5 drops of walnut bitters.
