Ardbeg Balanced Cocktail Competition


Ash of the Orient

  • 1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg Corryvreckan
  • 2 oz. Lapsang Souchang Tea (iced, no sugar)
  • 1 1/2 oz. Asian Pear Juice (freshly juiced)
  • 1/2 oz. St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz. Dark Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice (freshly juiced))
  • Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters-2 shakes


Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, give a good shake, strain from shaker. Garnish with a slice of Ardbeg spritzed Asian Pear. Enjoy the creation!
