Say goodbye to that lonely night you had planned with a bottle of wine and Netflix, and invite your single friends over to mix up some fantastic cocktails. Let’s toast to being single and free! Whether you’re happy or not-so-happy about Valentine’s Day, this party is for you.

Bite Marked Heart

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vida Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Red Bell Pepper Purée*
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Starvation Alley Cold Pressed Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Serrano Syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine mezcal, lime, purée**, cranberry juice and Serrano Syrup in shaker tin.
  2. Shake and fine strain into a coup glass.

*Red Bell Pepper Purée


Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Water
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 oz of water per medium bell pepper (seeds removed) in a blender and puree.
  2. Fine strain end result.

Ridin' Solo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
  • Prosecco (to Top)

Preparation

  1. Combine ginger and raspberry liquer in Champagne flute.
  2. Top with Prosecco.

Gin

Leaving You Behind

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus-infused Gin*
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Vanilla Syrup**

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a tin, add ice, shake, strain into a flute and top with bubbles.
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist and hibiscus flowers.

*Hibiscus Gin Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Gin
  • 1/2 cup Dried Hibiscus Flowers

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 bottle of gin with 1/2 cup of dried hibiscus flowers.
  2. Let sit 30-45 minutes, then strain flowers out.

**Vanilla Syrup Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 Vanilla Beans
  • Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)

Preparation

  1. Split 2 vanilla beans and add to 1:1 simple syrup.
  2. Let sit 12-24 hours.

Never Love a Wild Thing

  • 1 oz. Clyde May's Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Cynar
  • 1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Stir and serve in an old fashioned glass over ice.

  • Splash of Grenadine

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a glass filled with ice.
