Victor’s Own Signature Cocktail: Michelada

Ingredients:

• 1 can tomato juice
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 arbol chile
• 1/4 tea spoon of black pepper and salt

Preparation:

1. Blend with emulsifier strain arbol out.
2. Rim frosted glass in kosher salt or Tajin (can make own tajin if desired).
3. Pour 2 oz of Michelada mix
4. pour in Stella or any beer of choice
