Favorite Bar In The World To Have A Drink: PRESS and Fast Eddies downtown Spokane Washington and on the south hill. If I could have a single drink at Employee Only or Milk & Honey I’d die happy.
Cameron’s Own Signature Cocktail: “Get Laid in the Shade”
A signature cocktail on our menu created by Garrett Wellsandt my General Manager, bar consulting partner and close friend.
Preparation:
- Muddle cucumbers and cilantro into a pint glass
- Fill it with ice and pour 1 oz of Milagro blanco and 0.50 oz of cointreau into the glass, equal parts, fresh lime juice and fresh orange juice with a dash of agave nectar.
- Shaken hard and strained into a salt rimmed cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Garnished with a cucumber wheel, a lime and some cilantro.
Refreshing and boozy.
