Polar Seltzer Valentine’s Day Cocktails

Polar Seltzer, the brand known for crafting innovative and out-of-the-box seltzers containing zero calories, sugar, sodium and carbs, has crafted some signature Valentine’s Day inspired cocktail recipes that are easy to follow and even more exciting to try!
One Night Stand
Ingredients
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) citrus-flavored vodka
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) raspberry-flavored vodka
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Chambord
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1-2 tablespoon simple syrup (or syrup from cherries)
- Polar® Black Cherry Seltzer
- Maraschino cherry with stem, as garnish
Preparation: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodkas, Chambord, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake or stir until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cherry.
Bleeding Heart
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Pomegranate Vodka (or Raspberry)
- Fresh Cranberries
- Polar® Pomegranate or Cherry Pomegranate Seltzer
- 2 table spoons of frozen cranberry juice (concentrate)
Preparation: Combine the vodka and cranberry concentrate in the bottle of a glass. Add the fresh cranberries. Then the Polar® Seltzer and watch it bleed before drinking with abandon.
Pucker Up
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Sour Apple Pucker
- Polar Granny Smith Apple Seltzer
- Granny Smith Apple, peel as garnish
Preparation: Add the Sour Apple Pucker to the bottom of a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice and the apple peel. Top generously with Polar Seltzer. Swirl to combine.
Bittersweet
Ingredients
- Sugar Cube
- Angoursta Orange Bitters
- Polar Orange Vanilla Seltzer
- Lime slices, as garnish
Preparation: Drop sugar cube into bottom of goblet, saturated with the bitters. Add fresh ice and a couple of lime slices. Top generously with Polar Seltzer. Swirl to slowly combine.
SWF (Single White Female)
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Cake Vodka (or other confectionary vodka)
- 2 ounces white cranberry juice
- Polar Vanilla Seltzer
- Cranberries, as garnish
Instructions: Combine vodka, white cranberry juice and cherries in shaker with ice. Vigorously combine until condensation forms on outside. Pour over a tall glass filled with quality ice.
