Your thirst for the sweet Caribbean spirit is quenched with Prime 112’s Jamaican Rum Punch and Classic Mojito. If you are in the South Florida area, we suggest that you head over to the South of Fifth steakhouse for the sweet treats.
Jamaican Rum Punch
- 1 oz Appleton VX
- ½ oz Wray & Nephew
- Splash of orange Juice
- Splash of pineapple juice
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Splash of grenadine
- Shake, strain into Tom Collins glass w/ ice
Classic Mojito
- 12 mint leaves
- 1/2 lime cut into quarters
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz Bacardi
- Splash of soda
- Shake, strain into tall glass w/ ice
