Known for its greenish tint and anise taste, Absinthe became extremely popular amongst famous Parisian writers and artists such as Ernest Hemingway, Vincent van Gogh, and Oscar Wilde in late 19th- and 20th-century France. Traditionally, cold water poured over sugar cube through a slotted spoon is how Absinthe is enjoyed. Today, you can enjoy Absinthe in the same way Hemingway and van Gogh did in Paris with the “Le Classic” at Napoleon Bistro!
