Moët Hennessy Cocktails at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival

For the third year, Moët Hennessy joins the South Beach Wine & Food Festival by hosting The Q and a new after party, FLAUNT on Thursday, Feb. 20. Moët Hennessy Mixologist Jordan Bushell and Belvedere Mixologist Claire Smith have created cocktails that are sure to spice up the night. Each cocktail is a breeze to make at home for an impromptu party and definitely cater to those looking to feel like they’re in Miami.
Grand Marnier South American Margarita
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
10 Cane Heat of Passion
- 2 oz 10 Cane Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Jalapeño
Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with selected ingredient.
Belvedere Mango Mule
- 50 ml Belvedere Mango Passion 10 ml fresh lime juice
- Dash Angostura Vitter
- Top Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Preparation: Build drink in a copper mug and top with crushed ice and a lime wheel. May also be served in a highball over cubed ice.
