Chu-cumber from SUSHISAMBA (NY, Vegas, Miami and Chicago)

  • 2 slices of cucumber=8 calories
  • 1/2 bar spoon of agave syrup=45 calories
  • 2 oz shochu=60 calories
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur= 51 calories
  • 1 oz lime juice=8 calories

Russian Standard Vodka’s Fountain of Youth

  • 1.7 oz of Russian Standard Vodka= 170 calories
  • 2 oz. of Pomegranate Juice= 38 calories
  • .7 thinly sliced ginger=8 calories

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, double strain and pour into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with a piece of ginger, pass a mint leaf around the glass rim.

Cali Mojito (available at Whiskey Park, Stone Lotus and Lillium in NY)

  • 2 oz Caliche Rum= 96 calories
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice=8 calories
  •  3/4 oz Agave Nectar= 60 calories (less calories than simple syrup)
  • 8 mint leaves=12 calories
  • Crushed ice on top
  • Optional Garnish: Mint Sprig

In a mixing glass, lightly muddle the mint. Add the remaining ingredients fill with ice and shake until well chilled, strain into an ice filled highball glass, top with the crushed ice, and garnish.
