Endless Summer

The Endless Summer by top mixologist Jim Kearns adds a tasty grapefruit-and-hops bitters to the mix for a perfect summer Martini.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Preparation: Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Golden Bear Punch

What’s more perfect for a summer party than a big bowl of punch? The Golden Bear punch by Portland bartender Lacy Hawkins is a delicious mix of sweet and sour, with a bit of cucumber thrown in for summery refreshment. (The recipe serves 12 but can be easily scaled up or down.)
Ingredients:
- 12 cucumber slices
- 18 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
- 12 oz. Cocchi Barolo Chinato
- 6 oz. Verjus
- 6 oz. Lime juice
- 6 oz. honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
- 12 oz Sparkling wine
Preparation: Place a large ice block in a punch bowl and add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine. Stir, and top with the sparkling wine. Serve in punch cups, garnished with extra cucumber slices.
Berry Good

This fruity and sophisticated tipple is a great way to show off fresh summer raspberries.
Ingredients:
- 4 Raspberries
- 3/4 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
- 1 1/4 oz. Lillet Rouge
- 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Agave nectar
- 2 dashes Hella Bitter Citrus Bitters
Preparation: In a shaker, muddle the raspberries. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a wine glass.
Gotham

The Gotham, by legendary New York bartender Julie Reiner, is designed to appeal to whiskey drinkers. It’s a strong, stirred and complex concoction that’s still light and fresh enough for drinking outside.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano Rosa
- 1/4 oz. Ramazzotti Amaro
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Preparation: Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a coupe glass.
Flawless

Planning a summer brunch? Ditch the canned or bottled tomato juice for Bloody Marys when fresh tomatoes are in season. This is a simple sour with savory notes that’s much more refreshing than a traditional Bloody and also includes a truly unusual cocktail ingredient: rice vinegar.
Ingredients:
- Coarse salt
- 2 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
- 2 Sweet cherry tomatoes
- 4 or 5 Thai basil leaves
- 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
- 1 tsp. Rice vinegar
Preparation: Coat the rim of a rocks glass with coarse salt, fill with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with fresh ice. Shake, and double-strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a cherry tomato on a skewer.
