Six of the nation’s most talented bartenders mixed-off at the Bärenjäger Bartender Competition in NYC in front of a panel of industry tastemakers, including Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, and 200 media and influencers. These highly-skilled finalists represented popular bars and restaurants in their respective cities, including NYC favorites The Summit Bar and L’Artusi. The private event took place at The Tippler from 7pm-9pm.
Bartender Katie Loeb’s grand prize-winning cocktail recipe secured the Philadelphia resident the title of first-female winner and an-all expense paid trip for two to Oktoberfest 2012 in Munich, Germany and $1,000.
