Lily Bar & Lounge at Bellagio Resort and Casino has debuted two delicious holiday cocktails

  • Warm and Fuzzy: Virginia Black, butterscotch and hot cocoa topped with whipped cream, cinnamon and a cherry.
  • Eggnog Mudslide: Grey Goose, white chocolate Godiva, Bailey’s and eggnog with a cinnamon rim.

VISTA Cocktail Lounge at Caesars Palace has introduced three new cocktails for the holiday season

  • Mistletoe Martini: Spiced chocolate bitters, Half&Half, Creme de Menthe, Godiva white chocolate, white rum.
  • Spiced Apple Holiday: Lime juice, cranberry juice, Goldshlagger, Ciroc Apple, Ginger Ale with dehydrated apple slice garnish.
  • Honey Nut Sour: Wild Turkey American Honey, Egg white, lemon juice, Perricone apple juice, Frangelico, Tuaca.

Alibi Ultra Lounge at Aria Resort & Casino is featuring the Holiday Spark cocktail throughout the season

  • Holiday Spark: Virginia Black, Bailey’s, Espresso, Simple Syrup topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Virginia Black Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Butterscotch
  • Hot Cocoa
  • Whipped Cream

Preparation: Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon and place cherry on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. White Chocolate Godiva
  • 1/2 oz. Kahlúa
  • 1/2 oz. Baileys
  • 2 oz. Eggnog

Preparation: Shake and strain into martini glass. Cinnamon rim.

  • Ingredients:

    2 dashes Spiced Chocolate Bitters​
  • 1/2 oz. Half & Half
  • 3/4 oz. Creme de Menthe
  • 3/4 oz. Godiva White Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 oz. White Rum (Bacardi Superior, Captain Morgan Silver, etc.)

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into coupe. Garnish with mint sprig (you may also use crushed candy cane).

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

1 oz. Cranberry Juice

3/4 oz. Goldschläger

1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Apple

Ginger Ale (Top)

Preparation: Shake all ingredients (except ginger ale) with ice and dirty dump into rocks glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with dehydrated apple slice.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. Egg White
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/4 oz. Perricone Apple Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Frangelico
  • 1/2 oz. Tuaca
  • 1 oz. Wild Turkey American Honey

Prepration: Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice inside of a rocks glass . Express oil from lemon peel and place peel on rim of glass.
