Summer 75 Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1 cup Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Brewed and Chilled
  • 3/4 cup St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 cups Martini & Rossi Prosecco

Preparation: Place all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher and mix. Add Prosecco. Tip: Freeze edible flowers in ice and use to chill punch. Serves 10.

  • 5 oz. Martini & Rossi Prosecco
  • 1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet

Garnish: Raspberries

Preparation: Using a melon baller, add a scoop of raspberry to a chilled champagne flute. Fill with Martini & Rossi Prosecco. Garnish with raspberries.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. of Martini & Rossi Asti
  • 1/2 oz. of Bacardi Gold Rum
  • sash of Lemon Juice

Garnish: Cinnamon Sugar

Preparation: Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar. In a prepared champagne flute, add all ingredients. Stir once and serve.

Star Spangled Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Martini & Rossi Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice or Lemonade
  • 6 large Mint Leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling Water
  • 3 Lemon Slices
  • 5 Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
  • 3 Cucumber Slices

Preparation: Combine lemon juice, mint leaves, sparkling water, lemons, strawberries and cucumbers in a pitcher. Gently stir in chilled Martini & Rossi Prosecco just before serving. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint. Serves six.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 parts Vodka
  • 3/4 part Fresh Lemon
  • 1/4 part Simple Syrup
  • 1 part Muddled Strawberry
  • Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé

Preparation: Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with strawberries.
