Dutch Mule

The Dutch Mule cocktail available at Del Frisco’s Grille perfectly blends gin, mint and grapefruit flavors to reflect summer in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Nolet’s Gin
  • 4 1/2 oz. Ginger Beer
  • Red Grapefruit Slices, Garnish
  • Mint Sprigs, Garnish

Preparation: Fill wine glass 3/4 full with ice. Add gin and ginger beer. Place grapefruit slice in glass and top with mint sprig.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. House made Simple Syrup
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz. Ginger Beer

Garnish: Mint Sprig

Hilton Chicago’s 720 South Bar and Grill offers a Grey Goose Melon Mule, a fruity yet refreshing beverage composed of Grey Goose Melon Vodka, simple syrup and ginger beer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz. of Gray Goose Melon
  • 1/4 oz. of Simple Syrup
  • Top Off with Ginger Beer

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a rocks glass.  Top with Ginger Beer.
